- Eagle Crest Aerodrome private airport
- Hudson Fields an Outdoor Festival and Sports Facility with 5,000+ attendee capacity
- Chappell Farms site plan approved with 128 approved apartment units in four 15,040 square foot buildings and 23,7909 feet of commercial space as well as two additional commercial pad sites.
